Job Description
In the role you will be driving and supporting in complex and transformational initiatives cross our H&M Brand. You will take leadership to deliver change project spanning across new business- and organizational models, changes in ways of working and steering. You work closely with senior leaders in our organization as a catalyst for developing, coordinating and implementing cross-functional change- and organizational projects.
You will use relevant project management methods including agile principles and coordinate multicompetent teams with different expertise.
You demonstrate a strategic and business-oriented mindset, understand the business priorities, and engage with relevant stakeholders. You are able to perform on strategic, tactical and operational level. You create result by engaging with leaders and mobilizing key experts along with an effective project management and decision-making.
Qualifications
You always have “customer first” in mind and find a motivation in creating a customer value through internal change initiatives. As a person you enjoy to roll-up your sleeves and get the job done and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
You approach a problem or idea by driving it to a solution by combining different business or stakeholder perspective and needs. You also thrive from creating result through others and from working in cross-functional teams.
You actively listen to different perspectives and in an engaging way align with your stakeholders.
In addition we believe you have:
5-10 years’ experience from roles as management consultant, change lead or transformation manager in larger global organizations, ideally in a commercial or sales environment.
Demonstrated experience and skillset in how to develop and practically lead an organization through changes in operating models by designing and simplifying change programs to reach relevant results.
Outstanding skills in project planning and can adapt the project management toolbox to what different situations require.
The ability to contextualize complex challenges into an understandable story and develop stakeholder relationships based on mutual trust.
Analytical and structured way of working with outstanding problem solving skills.
Strong communications skills and ability to work with people across all parts of an organization.
Excellent team player abilities – you are supportive and humble and abile to take charge when needed.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

This is a fulltime position based in Stockholm. In this position you report Head of H&M OMNI transformation program.
