The role of a Transformation Specialist in the Platform24 team. You will in this role support our customers in getting the most out of our platform, by working closely with the customer organization and help them transform their ways of working to gain the full benefits of the digital tools implemented. Together with implementation project managers, you will analyze the customer’s current situation and future state goals, and based on that support in the design of a technical solution. Based on the customer goals and product design you will help the customer with new ways of working and in the adoption of new tools, as well as in measuring their results.
You will also have an important internal role in building our organizational capabilities around change management and in packaging our offering within this area to different customer segments.
You will come in at a time when we are building our capabilities in this field, so you will have large opportunities to shape the role.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience. You have worked 4+ years driving change and adoption of new digital tools and ways of working in large organizations, either as a management consultant or from inside the organization, preferably within healthcare.
- Personal impact. You are a natural leader and easily build trust with colleagues and customers. Your job will be to challenge and change people’s existing ways of working and to be successful in the role you need to combine listening skills with the ability to communicate and get buy-in for your agenda.
- Communication. You will need to sell your ideas, both internally and externally, and to succeed you need to be a very strong communicator, verbally and in writing
- Passion for healthcare and to improve its efficiency, quality, and accessibility
- Tech knowledge. You are excited about the potential for digital tools within healthcare and have experience from implementing digital solutions. You are used to translating tech to non-tech people and the other way around
- Drive. We are out to revolutionize the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about action plans in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it and you don’t hesitate to take on the different types of tasks required to get the job done.
- Problem-solving skills. You’re analytical and used to working with quantitative data, making data-driven decisions.
- Language. Fluency in Swedish & English, written and spoken, is needed
