For one of our customers with its office based in Stockholm we are looking to recruit a Transition Manager. The role We are looking for an ambitious customer oriented person who has a strong background in customer relationship management as well as a proven ability with people and technology. The transition manager role is about guiding the customer from the project phase to the operational mode to achieve efficiency and quality in the delivery from the first "go-live" day. Main work tasks: * Transition of a customer from project phase to operational mode * Signoff the acceptance criteria before going live with a project * Service delivery * Identify, manage and participate in service improvement projects * Explaining and promoting the Application & Operations Management department internally * Service Level Agreement discussions * Participate in service delivery meetings with customers and market units Profile: . Excellent communication skills . Experienced in project management -capable of contributing towards completion of operational tasks as well as balancing your other responsibilities . You have 2 years experience in a related field . Excellent English and presentation skills are required . You have experience in working with IT and experience with any of the best practice IT service management methodologies is a merit (knowledge in SAP SRM is a merit) Welcome with your application!
