In this role you belong to Grid Automation Products, a business unit within Hitachi Energy that is responsible for the development, marketing and sale and manufacturing of products for protection and control for generation, transmission networks and sub-transmission network. It is a role where you can learn a lot and contribute with your personal skills. The group is dedicated in execution and strives to provide excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities
Booking of transport
Preparation of shipping documentation
Issue certificates
Hand-over to forwarders
Invoicing
Support customers in delivery-related matters
Take active part in the continuous development of the function to meet ever-changing requirements

Your background
Experience from the forwarding process or other trade administration
Knowledge in SAP Workflows is a merit
You are a true team player challenged to work towards deadlines and you can perform at times under high workload.
Fluency in English, written and spoken is required while Swedish is expected in the office.
Willing to take responsibilities and contribute to optimizing the process
As a person you are structured and service-oriented
