We are a growing company with the world as our market. Our products ship to far away destinations such Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe. Where they are installed and maintained by our partners or our technicians, but first the products need to get there. Transportation, customs, and the various processes involved can be challenging and requires knowledge and experience. To improve our capacity, we are looking for a specialist in this field. You will also manage our spare parts store and manage the relationship towards our shipping suppliers, as well as help out with parts ordering.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound transportation with associated customs processes and documents.
Assist and advice our sales staff when agreeing on delivery terms.
Negotiate transportation purchases and manage our transportation supplier relationships.
Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Customer order acknowledgements.
Goods receiving and pick/ship and stock taking.
Demand management and analysis for spare parts.
Spare part order management and shipping.
We are a small team and must divide work within Supply Chain, this means you will also help out with related work such as incoming quality control, expediting, RFQ and PO work. Your work will be primarily in our offices in Lund. Some limited travelling to mostly local suppliers, why a driver’s license is required. You report to the directly to the head of Supply Chain and will work closely with Operations, Sales, and Development.

Qualifications
We are working at the forefront with breakthroughs, introducing cutting-edge technology on the market.
Not your typical 9-5 job – quite the opposite. Your experience, attitude, and ability to learn is far more important than your education.
We do prefer that you have several years’ experience with transportation and import/export work.
We have customers and suppliers in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, why both English and Swedish are a requirement. You speak and write English at a near fluency level. Proficiency in other languages such as Italian, Spanish, French or Greek is meriting.
As a person you are curios and like technology, are easy to get along with and very well organized. We use Microsoft Business Central to manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory etc. It is important that you have experience working in an ERP or Warehouse management systems, preferably MS Business Central or Dynamics. We also use several other tools to analyze and track what goes on in Supply Chain, such as Sharepoint Lists, Excel and Power BI. Experience from these tools are meriting.
