Transport and Warehouse Manager

Henkel now seeks a Transport and Warehouse Manager within the Adhesive Business sector for the Nordic region. The key purpose of the role is to own and focus locally on the transport & warehouse process to coordinate all involved parties ensuring the delivery of all goods (Customer, Intercompany, Replenishment).

 

Responsibilities

* Ensure alignment local transport and warehouse processes
* Coordination & ensuring availability of  local carriers
* Coordination with local warehouses
* Coordination with Customer Service & Control Tower
* Communication with Local Supply Chain
* Check new / changed master data for transport planning
* Manage transport & warehouse complaints/ rush orders
* Review and propose improvements on transport planning
* Local transport & warehouse KPIs / reports
* Initiate and support projects to improve local warehouse processes and costs
* Reconciliation of deviations in warehouse invoicing with purchasing / finance
* SHE-Q requirements, local & country regulations of the  warehouses fulfilled
* POP tracking and validation

 

Minimum Requirements

* 1-6 year(s) work experiences in logistics environment or related functions
* Communication capabilities with neighbouring functions and service providers
* Good understanding of the linkages between customer requirements & services, warehouses and transport activities and cost effects. 
* High school diploma
* SAP, MS Office, LN , dangerous goods knowledge, ADR ,CMR conditions , Inco terms, SHE requirements warehouses
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
