About us
Husqvarna Divisions Global Transport team is responsible to procure all overseas transportation globally and road transports in Europe. The team is also responsible for delivering on set financial and service KPIs. The team shall overtime make sure that the services meets right standards at the right cost.
The role is mainly focused on reporting, but the Transport Coordinator will be supporting the rest of team with data and analysis.

Your tasks
The Transport Coordinators main tasks are to:
Collect and report KPIs on transport & warehouse performance, cost and environmental KPIs
Quality check the KPIs and make sure they contain the correct data
Monthly report fuel, market, FCL index and other reports on time and in full
Drive own initiatives based on data to develop transports, e.g. analyses, pre-studies etc
Support transport managers in implementation of initiatives
Further develop our KPIs in content and quality in line with the needs of the transport department

Your profile:
We´re now looking for a colleague to join our team. In order for you to be successful in this position you need to be structured and have a few years of experience within the field, this in order for you to be able to support the organization in the best way possible.
This role require good analytical skills and we expect that you are a skilled professional in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Power BI etc. It´s expected that you have the ability to continuously improve the reporting, to better visualize our transports network and support the team to make better decisions.
