Career for a better climate. Every day.
Part of the global bioeconomy, Stora Enso is a leading provider of renewable products in packaging, biomaterials, wooden construction, and paper, and one of the largest private forest owners in the world. We believe that everything that is made from fossil-based materials today can be made from a tree tomorrow. Sustainability and responsible business practices are deeply embedded in our strategy.
About the position
As a Logistics coordinator, you have an important role in our daily deliveries. You, together with other colleagues in the team, make sure that our orders are booked and delivered on time and needed documents are in place. Additionally, you’ll in your daily work investigate and solve all type of problems that will turn up. You are the hub of contact both internally and externally and handle a large network of contacts involving production, customer service and external service providers. You will work both individually and in close collaboration with colleagues in different units. You will be surrounded by talented colleagues and a work climate that is permeated by energy, joy, winning spirit and teamwork.
What we offer
We believe that our employees are key to our success. We offer a total rewards package to engage our employees, including elements such as compensation, employee benefits, professional development, growth opportunities, recognition and wellbeing. Joining us, you will get to be a part of the journey Stora Enso is on – transforming from a traditional forest industry company, into a renewable materials growth company. As a Transport Coordinator you have the opportunity to take on a wide role with a lot of responsibility, where you get to see and learn from all phases in the different processes.
Who we are looking for
In order to succeed in this role, you have some experience from logistics or supply chain, or another relevant field where you’ve had to handle many points of contacts. You preferably have University degree in the field. Experience in working in Fenix and knowing local MES is an asset but not a requirement. You are a great communicator, and you communicate fluently in English and Swedish.
As a person you are a good team player who can handle several cases at the same time. We value your ability to prioritize and make decision even when the information is incomplete and time limited. You always listen and hear people out and with your great problem-solving skills you see changes as new possibilities.
Our culture and work towards a more sustainable future is based on these themes which, we hope, will resonate with you as well:
Create customer value: Demonstrates drive to create value for our customers by understanding their needs and our capabilities.
