Transport Coordinator to a automotive company!

We are now looking for a Distribution Responsible/Finance person to join our clients great team. This is an opportunity for you with a logistic background to develop yourself and further broaden your network. Are you curious? The assignment is on full time and starts immediately and will last to 2022-06-30, there are good chances to be extended.

About the position
Your new team belongs to Production Logistics. They are an organization of approximately 650 employees, globally connected to deliver logistics solutions with world class operational excellence. They ensure that transportation is purchased, packaging is made available at their supplier, material is transported to their production facilities and vehicles are distributed to their customers on time. The company strives for an innovative and diverse workplace, always with high focus on customer success.

Transport Products, are a high performing team of 37 people located in Sweden and Belgium.

Responsibilities
Main activities and responsibilities
• Improve digital solutions
• Handling of daily deviations and operational issues
• Gather/analyze performance statistics and secure actions
• Make sure that all deviations have actions and corrective measurement in place.
• Operational meetings with our clients carriers
• Operational meetings with partners and colleagues
• Close corporation with the Distribution Responsible's in Gent and Eskilstuna

This position is also including a financial part where you should handle our extra cost Control and develop this to be as automated as possible. This part is approx 30% of the full time. 70% will be in the operational team.

Your profile
We believe that you are a communicative team player with the ambition to develop both yourself and the business that you are working in. We think you have a strong drive/self-propelled attitude and that you are good in problem solving. You have an interest in new technology/innovations and you also have skills in digitalization and analytics. Since you will work a lot with logistics, we believe you possess overall good knowledge in this area.

Main requirements:
• Degree in Logistics or other equivalent education or experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Good Knowledge in analytic tools such as Power BI, Qlicsense, Excel
• Good knowledge in systems as Co-pilot, OM, A4D
• Good communication skills
