About the company
Our customer is a world-leading manufacturer of outdoor products such as chainsaws, trimmers, robotic lawnmowers, and garden tractors. The Group is a leader in Europe in garden irrigation and a world leader in cutting equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.
Work assignments
- Transport coordination for ocean between forwarders-factories-warehouse-final destination
- Handle booking, gaps, escalation and ensure transparency to the management team
-transparency creation and reporting for goods in transit
-Validate shipments dispatched from all sources
-Validate data quality on the shipments
-Follow up ETA Port and end location of the shipments
-Ensure stakeholders informed and alerted on the different statuses
-Storytelling creation around the data
-Improvements in the reporting process
-Follow up operationally on each status of the goods
-Prepare and support management team to analyse performance
forwarders




Your profile
We are expecting you to have earlier experience in a similar role. We want you to be structured as an individual and be straight forward.
Minimum qualifications
- At least one year of relevant work experience from a similar role
- A degree in a related field
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge in Excel, Microsoft office

Advantageous qualifications
- Understand and speak mandarin
SIP experience
