Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with contracted carriers responsible for transporting goods on behalf of the company.
Coordinate with external partners who handle transports at contract manufacturers, analysis laboratories, etc.
Plan and organize transports in collaboration with the internal team, maintaining daily contact with contract manufacturers and analysis laboratories.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete to prevent delivery issues at customs/border controls and ensure full traceability for each transport.
Collect, review, and file data from temperature loggers used during transportation.
Collaborate with the quality department to report and investigate transport deviations when required.

You should possess strong attention to quality and planning and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Being a proactive problem solver is essential, and having a service-oriented mindset is crucial, as effective internal and external communication is a significant aspect of daily tasks.

Qualifications
2-3 years of previous experience as a transport coordinator/planner, preferably within the life science industry.
Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or equivalent experience.
Excellent proficiency in English, as most documents and communication are in English.
Additional preferred qualifications include previous experience with customs procedures, coordinating cross-border transports, and handling refrigerated and sensitive substances/pharmaceuticals.
