Tetra Pak Technical Service AB Technical Service within Tetra Pak Customer Operations develops, sells and delivers global service products to our customers.Technical Service provides knowledge, technical competence development, spare parts, tools and methodologies to design, manufacture and support Tetra Pak products.3400 employees are working within Technical Service world-wide.The Parts Business is a major part of our Technical Service Business and we are now looking for a Transport Officer to our Business Development department as a temporary position until July 1st 2009.The position is based in Lund.The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the transport solutions within Parts Supply Chain and to be the link between PSC and Group Transport & Travel within Tetra Laval on a strategic level.As Transport Officer you will participate in and drive different projects and activities related to transport set-up for the global distribution of parts.You are also responsible for the PSC transport strategy as well as to define and follow-up on relevant objectives.The position will require around 80 days of travelling per year.In this role you will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic, result oriented team with strategy, projects, negotiations and improvements.You will get an extensive network and your achievements will have a big impact on the result of the business. We believe that you have a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.A high level of business understanding and a good understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Management is essential.You must have experience from transport and preferably also experience from project management.Expertise related to transport and customs in Central- and South America as well as Spanish skills would be very strong advantages for the applicant. As a person you are result oriented, analytical and have a structured way of working.You possess excellent communication and networking skills.You are outgoing and a team player, have a strong personal drive and you are used to fast pace working environments.
