Description

Our facility department is responsible for planning and maintenance of our facilities and properties.
For this group, we are seeking an employee to be responsible for transport planning and maintenance customer service.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential and knowledge in Aretics T7 (our maintenance system) is good, because these tools are used for planning and documentation.

We are looking for a transport and maintenance planner who will work with:

-       Transport planning for internal and regional transports

-       Maintenance customer service

-       Internal post handling

-       Follow up of scrap and hazardous waste

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

-       3-year high school education or equivalent qualification

-       good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

-       good planning skills and structured

-       good communication skills and understanding of the business

-       knowledge in our properties and offices

-       knowledge in English, both spoken and written

-       driving license

To be successful in this role you need to have:

-       ability to make plans and prioritize

-       customer focus and be creative

-       ability to make decisions in time

-       ability to solve problems
