Job Summary
Within Tetra Pak, Services Supply Network is responsible for delivering parts, consumables and other materials to our customers to help them sustain and grow their business. The Integrated Network acts within a dynamic environment, being responsible for securing and optimizing the logistics flow and working to deliver the highest on time in full services for our internal and external customers.
We are now looking for a Transport Specialist for Integrated Network Services.
The position will be based in Lund and will report to the Integrated Network Manager Europe.
What you will do
In this position you will be part of Integrated Network Europe team and will be the focal point for the logistics providers and markets to guarantee that materials reach the plants at overseas destinations in all continents.
You will be responsible for the logistics data control, to establish a close communication with contracted carriers and secure the best logistic option considering the delivery priorities defined. You will conduct analysis to ensure that solutions will add value to our internal and external customers
As our new colleague, you will:
• Monitor shipment status, solve shipment deviations and establish action plans with carriers
• Lead monthly quality meetings with logistics providers and drive improvements
• Track and monitor logistics provider and logistics KPIs, develop KPI’s and establish tools to control properly the deliveries and daily routine
• Establish an end-to-end logistics control and act as a partner for our distribution centres around the world. Lead process improvements and take a lead role in developing and enhancing operational procedures
• Evaluate and improve the current express flow, analysing the opportunities of costs optimization
• Collaborating with Transport Solutions across the company to support and influence in business initiatives
We believe you have
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration,
Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience within the logistics area
Strong IT skills especially in SAP R/3, BO, Power BI or other business analytics tools,
Fluency in English, verbal and written is a must



To be successful in this position you would need to have strong analytical skills with high personal drive and result orientation. You can formulate and understand business issues and exercise informal authority to influence.
Furthermore, you like to network and can communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels. You are a team player and can work within a dynamic and international team environment.
