In this role, you will be collaborating with the Customer Order Management (COM) department and SCM, until the material is in the hands of the customer. You will be the link between Outokumpu in Degerfors, customers, and the sales companies around the world.


Main areas of responsibility:
Managing transport planning, booking
Checking and posting of incoming invoices
Handling needed shipping documents e.g. issuing insurance certificates
Investigating the scope of transport damage in insurance matters
Performing credit and legalization of documents
Taking care of intrastate accounting including official contacts with the customs office
Co-ordinating “Letter of Credit” with DCE team in Finland



Who are you?
As a person, you are goal-oriented, flexible, prone to change and enjoy taking initiative. In your way of working, you are systematic, analytical and a good administrator and have the ability and willingness to handle several tasks in parallel. You enjoy working independently as well as in groups and have a good sense of what service is.

Qualifications:
Relevant education in economics, industrial engineering or equivalent
Experience from production, transport-planning/expediting or similar field is a merit
Good knowledge of the Quarto Plate routes and products is a merit
Confidence working in TMS systems, SAP, and MS Office
Customer focus and eager for continuous improvements.
Good administrative skills, high flexibility, efficiency, and stress resistance
Fluency in Swedish and English (Verbal & written) is required
