We are looking for a product manager to our CONVENTIONAL POWERTRAIN team. THE JOB


• Enable brand performance through creation and planning of common group product development projects within the area of Conventional Powertrain.
• Evaluate and prioritize product needs and ideas with respect to their market, customer and business impact and identify cross-brand synergies.
• Manage the strategic direction setting for TRATON (e.g. product strategy, group component roadmaps and product decision presentations) through cross-brand teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and drive one or several R&D cluster meetings to enable cross-brand collaboration within the technology area and contribution to the TRATON modular system.
• Contribute to the implementation of the TRATON modular system taking all brand needs into account.

YOUR SKILLS


• Successfully completed Master's degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience. We welcome candidates both from business and technology background, and ideally you like to connect these two aspects.
• Intercultural competence and assertiveness in an international environment. Expat assignment to Sweden will be offered if you today are not stationed locally.
• Preferably leadership experience from several product development projects, and carries a strong network from at least one of the TRATON brands.
• Ideally networked in Conventional Powertrain initiatives and obtained knowledge of technology, market developments and trends.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
