Travel Administrator (Finnish)

Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment agency focusing on the European job market.We recruit Scandinavian speakers to work abroad.Our client, a multinational Online Travel Organization is looking for a Finnish speaking Travel Administrator, you will be working with mainly FINNISH CUSTOMERS.The role of the Travel Admin Consultant is to monitor all scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance bookings and ensure that all relevant travel documents are sent to Members in a timely fashion and are of a high quality.You will be responsible for making sure that all payments, refunds, registrations and changes are dealt with in a timely and correct manner.Dealing with both customers and suppliers you enjoy must be a positive person with a clear problem solving mentality.You will deal with any type of query that can arise in relation to flights, car hire, insurance and other travel related services/products.You will be part of a fast paced multi-lingual team in an exiting environment.We are looking for a result driven, organized and positive person with good multi-tasking skills.You feel comfortable talking to customers by phone and you are a good communicator.It is important that you can get along with your co-workers as you will be part of a team and you have an outstanding eye for details.You have experience from working as a travel consultant using CRS- and back office systems such as Amadeus.Candidates must have experience in International travel with knowledge of the travel industry, charter and scheduled flights, knowledge of the airline carriers and the destinations served by each and how to calculate fairs.Our Client offer training, excellent on-site facilities, continuous personal development and internal advancement opportunities.In addition they offer an excellent benefits package to include generous relocation package, on-site gym, Travel allowances, health cover and more.Please forward your CV in English as soon as possible as we will start the recruitment process immediately.
