Vacancy description:
. Coordinating matter related to mission travel and accommodation planning, reservations and bookings for staff members, Informing staff members of any changes such as cancelled flights and arranging alternatives
. Ensuring clear and timely information and instructions on travel and reimbursement matters
. Assisting staff members to prepare Travel Orders and Statement of expenses files, monitoring and following-up travel reimbursements.
. Providing general administrative support.
Others:
. Secondary education with 3 years of proven professional experience
. Very good knowledge of English
. Supportive and helpful personality with service oriented attitude
. Good communication and interpersonal skills to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment
. Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
. Knowledge of Estonian/ French would be an asset
