We have a rapidly growing presence in Europe, Middle East and Africa, with over 2,000 staff. The most important project will centralise and redesign the core processes around HR Payroll, Time and Attendance, International Service Personnel Payroll (ISP), Personal Administration, Travel Expense Administration for a European client of ACS from 10 EMEA countries into a Service Centre in Spain. TRAVEL EXPENSES ADMINISTRATOR Performing to agreed service levels, you will be part of the HR administration team and be responsible for completing and posting Travel & Expense Forms which includes - Receiving expense documentation from Managers - Entering numbers in the system - Checking entries are accurate - Processing travel expense requests - Processing of requests for cash advances - Accounting and reconciliation - Providing VAT report to finance Requirements: - 2 + years of relevant working experience - Keyboard skills, enjoy working with numbers - Knowledge of SAP is a definitive asset - Administration and/or Customer Services experience - Ability to work towards deadlines - Fluency in Swedish and English is a must. - Must be available to start immediately.
