TRAVEL SPECIALIST - Finnish speaking

Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment agency focusing on the European job market.We recruit Scandinavian speakers to work abroad.Our client, a multinational Online Travel Organization is looking for a Finnish speaking Travel Specialist, you will be working with mainly FINNISH CUSTOMERS.The role of the Travel Specialist is to sell travel products such as scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance to Members as well as booking cruises and hotels.In addition the Travel Specialist will also deliver a superior level of service to the company's Members. Key Responsibilities: *Ensure all personal targets and objectives are achieved through maximizing sales opportunities *Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled *Identifying key Member holiday 'motivation factors' in an effort to find alternatives.Ensuring accurate booking of flights, cars, insurance and all other products *Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all times *Ensuring all the necessary documentation is accurately completed after each call *Ensure all regulations pertaining to travel products are adhered to *Making all bookings accurately to eliminate 'write-offs' and member complaints *Ensuring weekly production targets are met *Providing excellent service level.*Working effectively in a fast moving & multi-lingual team Qualifying Competencies: *Candidates must have experience in International travel *Experience of having worked with a CRS System - Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus *Excellent communications, interpersonal and organization skills required *Strong customer service/sales skills with the ability to influence others *At least 1 years experience as a Travel Consultant, in a sales/target-driven travel environment using a CRS system *Knowledge of the travel industry, charter and scheduled flights *Knowledge of the airline carriers and the destinations served by each Our Client offer full training, excellent on-site facilities, continuous personal development and internal advancement opportunities.In addition they offer an excellent benefits package to include generous relocation package, on-site gym, Travel allowances, health cover and more.Please forward your CV in English as soon as possible as we will start the recruitment process immediately.We look forward to reading your CV.Please visit http://www.swedishrecruitment for all our open positions.
