Treasury Assistant
The Lynk & Co 01 is launched several countries and consumers are able to access the car through several options, from buying, month-to-month contract, and sharing. To support the business, we need to expand the Treasury team within the Finance department with a kick ass Treasury Assistant. The multiple market approach and the complexity of the automotive industry will mean a large volume of financial transactions that we need to manage from multiple European subsidiaries.
In the position you will have interactions with internal and external stakeholders in different markets across Europe. To be able to manage all these interactions in a structured way we are looking for a person with a structured mind set who loves to develop the business.
Working closely with the Cash Manager and the Treasury team, the Treasury Assistant will support on a range of different treasury and cash management activities. Given that we are growing at pace, we are looking for someone who is flexible, self-sufficient, and able to deliver results.
The position is based in Gothenburg, and will report to the Head of Treasury.
What you'll do
- Review and administration of credit checks
- Review and administration of car loan applications
- Actively take part in B2B invoicing, delivery- and revenue reconciliations
- Cash management and bank account reconciliation
- Debt administration
- Management presentations and KPI follow up
- Assist with cashflow actualizing and forecasting
- Contact with local sales entities and our Engagement center agents
- General treasury support and ad-hoc projects
What you should have
- Knowledge of operational treasury and/or accounting processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Professional-level language skills in English
- Team oriented, flexible and 'can do' attitude
- Analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills
- Strong presence & communication skills - both interpersonal & written
- Proven team player with ability to work with all seniority levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Experienced Microsoft Excel user
