Mölnlycke is now looking for a Treasury Controller.
Mölnlycke Treasury’s main role includes external funding, cash management, FX exposure, internal bank and intercompany netting. You will be a part of an experienced and high performing treasury team in an ever changing international environment.
In this role you will report to the Group Treasurer and work as part of the treasury team to monitor, analyse and report on market conditions related to commercial opportunities and financial risks. You will work closely with Global Business Services, Group Accounting Team and our local entities around the world. The placement of this position is in Gothenburg.
Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to;
Provide month-end reporting of financial items and financial risks. Each month responsible for closing reporting and analysis.
Update FX rates in SAP and TS. Responsible for FX rates in all MHC systems.
Report KPIs to Group Treasurer and other stakeholders to enhance management awareness and enable proactive management of financial risks.
Report and validate treasury items in our management reports, reporting to Investor AB and the annual- and interim external reports.
Back office function at Treasury, such as FX and In-house bank settlement and internal loans.
Monitor and train in treasury policies, procedures and controls, in order to ensure appropriate treasury governance in the group.
Support in treasury related projects and tasks.
Continuously drive treasury process and system-use improvements for treasury planning, reporting and risk management operations for the group.

Your qualifications:
University degree – Bachelor/Master in accounting, finance or business administration.
Experience from Treasury.
Experience from working with accounting or financial analysis.
Digital literacy – finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Engaged in driving automation and standardization using digital tools.
Experience in SAP ERP.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
