TRELLEBORG AB SEEKING STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVOLOPER You will be a vital contributing part of the Group function Business Control, which has the responsibility to drive and develop the three business knowledge processes; Strategy, M&A and Business Control.You work together with other Business Developers and Controllers in close cooperation with Trelleborg's Business Areas and Executive Management.JOB DESCRIPTION/ MISSION Your main tasks will be to support the generation of the Group's Strategic plan and transform the Strategic targets into action.You will actively drive the business intelligence related to the Group's business environment.Proactively you will scan the market for acquisition/divestiture opportunities within the frame of the Group's Strategic plan, and also take part in the process of realizing these opportunities.Acting as the Executive Management's internal resources together with the rest of the team, you will be continuously involved in generating decision and presentation material to Executive Management, Board meetings and IR-activities.The position involves extensive contacts with external and internal parties and will require frequent traveling.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS We are looking for an experienced, analytic and communicative person with a Masters Degree or MBA in Finance.Probably you have worked some years with Strategy and Business Development tasks within a Management Consulting firm or a large Industrial Group.As a person you are flexible and used to work, and take own initiatives, in a changing environment.With a coach's approach you support and develop your environment but act with courage and integrity when necessary.Multi-lingual skills and a good sense of humor are always welcome.The position is located at the head office in Trelleborg.HOW TO APPLY Trelleborg is cooperating with Academic Search International in this recruitment.To apply for the position, please do so through Academic Search website, www.academicsearch.se, under latest jobs.
