TS PRODUCT DEPLOYMENT LEADER

TS Technical Support & Quality is responsible for System Support, Package Performance Support, Aseptic Performance Support, System Performance Management, Quality- and Technical Issue Management process. Our organization is set up to handle technical issues and new product introduction within Cluster Europe & Central Asia. In each country we work with Sales and Field Service Operations with a strong focus on our customers.
We are looking for a highly motivated and target oriented Cluster Product Deployment Leader (m/f) to strengthen our organization in Cluster Europe & Central Asia.
Responsible and accountable for the Technical Service (TS) part of the feasibility and readiness of New Products and Services (NPI's) within Europe & Central Asia (E&CA) cluster, following strategic and business needs.
Main responsibilities
- Plan, Follow Up and review the New Product Introduction (NPI) Pipeline received from Portfolio Managers
- Ensure readiness of Technical Service cluster community
- Support Project Management Office (PMO) in the transition from Readiness to Deliver phase of NPI projects
- Secure alignment with Central TS Deployment organization regarding TG3 to TG6 projects as well as technical feedback on performance, gaps and improvements needed
- Secure the need of resources is transferred to the Central Organization and when necessary support internal resource prioritizing
- Enable the competence development plans related to the specific field experience
- Contribute to initiatives and improvements through the NPI deployment network and drive them locally
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or Administration with technical Experience
- Project Management Experience is a basic requirement
- Experiences with CE projects and project engineering
- Experience with Central organisation managing global projects is a plus
- General knowledge of process and business rules of Capital Equipment, that involves other areas:
- Commercial, Service, Finance, Resource Planning, Supply Chain, Procurements and Logistic
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Self driven mentality and independent personality with a high level in the ability to work autonomous
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Business understanding
- Willingness to travel
The position can be located in Hochheim (Germany) or Lund (Sweden).
