Right now, we’re looking for a dedicated and service-minded P&S Tunneling Drills Specialist to join our Parts & Services organization in the sales area of Northern Europe. This division handles all sales and service activities in 21 countries in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Key performance areas
In this position, you provide our customers and sales team with professional commissioning support and drilling environment optimization – keeping it at a good balance. You actively work to meet our customers' needs to keep their positions as successful suppliers.
These are some of your responsibilities:
Contribute with your product knowledge and expertise about tunnel rigs to our customers.
Perform customer service and other types of work on-site.
Understand and professionally handle our software, which is an essential part of the tunnel rigs
Educate our customers about the machine's hardware and software on the projects.
Act as support at start-ups and deliveries.
We offer a flexible location in any of our sites in Northern Europe. Travel is included in the job.
Your profile
We’re looking for you with relevant technical education and work experience in heavy machinery products and technical customer support. Previous work experience in underground mines or tunneling with recognized drilling experience is advantageous. In addition, you have good knowledge in mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, and automation. As our corporate language is English, verbal and written fluency is a must, while any other language is a plus.
Your soft skills are as crucial as your hard skills and as a true team player you genuinely understand the importance of collaboration. You’re analytical, systematic and well organized – acting professionally around our customers and other important stakeholders, and you use your communication skills to build worthwhile relationships. You see obstacles as challenges and exclusively focusing on solutions rather than problems.
