Role: Turkish speaking Customer Experience Advisor
Salary: 1,069.22€ gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (or 1,360.89€ gross p/m if you choose the option without accomodation)
Overview of the company:
Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.  
The Role:
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will support a very well-know Social Media platsform. You will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) who use digital marketing campaigns on the Social Media outlet. Your communication with your clients will be across multiple channels: live chat, email and phone calls. There will be a mix of inbound as well as outbound calls and the latter will mostly be used when clients contact via email or live chat in order to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner). 

Requirements
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Turkish and English
Previous customer support or sales experience
Willingness to learn
Interest in Social Media

Full training provided
12 month contract (renewable/extendable if you love it!)
22 days holiday per year, Holiday and Christmas bonuses
