Consolidate internal and external financial reporting for WIN Group . Assist in integration of acquired companies with focus not only from a financial point of view, but total business perspective . Assist the WIN Group companies in continuous improvement of financial reporting with respect to quality cost/time saving, error reduction and reporting efficiency through the usage of WIN Groups' ERP system - iScala . Various responsibilities supporting group functions e.g.M&A assistance, optimize working procedures within manufacturing areas etc.. As a key player in WIN Groups' strong growth you should expect extensive international and domestic travel up to 120 days per year The successful candidates' qualifications . A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in the area of accounting/auditing .Experience and knowledge not only of Swedish accounting and tax laws but also of international accounting standards and tax regulations . International business approach, preferably having working experience from abroad and with different cultures . Fluent in written and oral Turkish and English, and have an understanding of the Swedish language . As a minimum holds a BA in accounting, finance or similar The successful candidates' personal characteristics .
