Job Summary
PDP is currently looking for a Turnover Manager.
The candidate should have demonstrated management experience in QA/QC, Mechanical/ Electrical Turnover, Skilled in Construction, Engineering, Welding, and Piping with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry.
Main responsibilities
As part of the project team reporting to the C&Q Manager, the main responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:
· Generation of Vendor and Construction Completion Plan(s) so all stakeholders are aligned with all terminology, and turnover acceptance for the project.
· Define Systems Completions (SC) Responsibility Matrix
· Prepare the list of Turnover Systems/Sub-systems based on project scope
· Close collaboration with the Project Managers, Document Controllers, Construction and CQV Team to manage the delivery of CTOP/VTOP packages
· Support coordination of supplier completion of quality and fabrication record documentation to be included in Vendor Turnover Packages.
· Liaise with the Construction Quality Team to ensure the installation is in compliance with the approved drawings, specification, procedures and applicable codes and workmanship.
· Set up and manage a Systems Completions Management Database.
· Complete Management of System Completion Dossiers by system.
· Support Doc Controller team for transmittals of deliverables part of turnover packages.
· Management of Generation of full SC schedule (with assistance from Planner) and integration of same into overall project schedule.
· Hold SC Workshops to ensure alignment between all Stakeholders and what is required from them to reach SC acceptance.
· Lead final handover of Turnover Packages to Engineering/Operations.
Skills / Qualifications
· A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification
· Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
· Management experience in QA/QC, Mechanical/ Electrical Turnover, Skilled in Construction, Engineering, Welding, and Piping
· Minimum of 10 Years extensive experience in a quality management role and experience with welding engineering & NDE inspections.
· Preferably Diploma level degree in Mech Engineering.
· Considerable experience on construction sites.
· Considerable experience with cGMP- and Stainless Steel (Clean) Piping Systems
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good Level in English, written and spoken.


Your job dutities will included supporting the completion manager in the following areas:

Assist in project closeout activities, including finalizing contracts, conducting post-project evaluations, and identifying lessons learned.
Implement a completions plan provided by the Completions Manager
Work on the verification and testing of all systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Report to Commissioning meetings.
Work with Health, Safety, and Environmental teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Support a Facilitate a smooth handover of the completed project to commissioning or the end-users, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are provided
Support opn a smooth handover of the completed project to the end-user.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Proven experience in working in a completions and commissioning team on industrial construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of industrial construction practices, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
