Two Project Advisors to Pelago Bioscience

Pelago Bioscience is a company located in Solna which today has approximately 40 employees. The company was founded in 2013 with the aim to develop the Cellular Thermal Shift Assay (CETSA®). Today, Pelago deliver in situ target engagement studies to accelerate preclinical drug discovery and development to a world-wide customer base.

Pelago Bioscience are now looking to increase their commercial team with two Project Advisors. This role will challenge you as a technical expert, both within the current services provided as well as future offerings within the biotechnological field.

About the role

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead customer meetings to establish customer expectations and advise customers on their projects.
• Prepare and develop project proposals.
• Guide potential customers to maximize customer’s value.
• To extend the scope of customer projects by championing the value of generating additional data.
• Contribute to the growth of Pelago service portfolio beyond CETSA®.
• Lead and drive internal development projects.
• Support marketing activities, such as developing application notes or representing Pelago Bioscience at international scientific conferences.
• Be the principal scientific liaison with major accounts.

You have excellent understanding of the drug discovery chain from target validation to finalising a clinical drug candidate and you are able to apply this knowledge within the pharmaceutical R&D.

As a person, you have excellent communication and presentation skills in English. You are keen of relationships, both with colleagues and towards customers. You are a responsible and decisive as well as highly organized and have good time-management skills. We see that you can work both independently as well as part of a team and are flexible, act pro-active and are a good problem solver.
