Right now, we’re looking for a skilled Senior Management Consultant in Karlskrona and Stockholm to help us with one of our most important costumer in the Telecom field placed in Karlskrona.

You will be part of Global Business Services which brings Consulting, Applications, and Industry-Aligned Software & Solutions expertise to global clients. You will be helping drive CSC's future growth and next-generation industry thought-leadership.

Your job will be to:
- To play a senior leadership role on consulting engagements for CSP clients as required
- To identify, classify and pursue consulting sales leads and business opportunities with regional and global colleagues
- To support the development of global consulting offerings, capabilities, assets and reference cases so that they can be reused in future customer engagements
- To generate flow-through opportunities from consulting engagements for overall portfolio of CSC offerings
- Business process understanding of the wireless service provider sector
- Thought Leadership and ability to address mid-level management and C-Level concerns around organization, processes, products and services related to wireless, M2M , TV and / or broadband based businesses
- Knowledge of one or more solution areas addressing CSP operations (e.g. CRM, BSS, OSS, Revenue Assurance, etc.)
- Experience leading process and /or systems transformation programs for CSPs
- Ability to create robust value propositions and business cases for systems and process transformation for CSP clients
- Understanding of industry benchmarks, metrics and the context within which to harness them effectively


Your professional competencies:
- Experience in change management, business or operational transformation in mature environments and/or start-up operations
- General knowledge of networks, current technology trends and their impact to CSP operations and product offerings
- Working knowledge of using and / or supporting ITIL and eTOM
- 10 + years of experience in the Communications (preferably wireless) space overall
- You will partly be needed on site in Karlskrona, travelling is an essential part of the job

Your personal competencies:
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work in and lead teams.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are critical.
- Clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the customer
- Strong skills in the planning, organization, scheduling, and problem solving
