Assignment description
- working as an Agile Coach, Agile PO or Scrum Master within software development.
- using a combination of lean and agile practices to help teams to succeed.
- work with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them to continuously improve.

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll:
- Lots of experience as an agile coach/Scum master
- Experience from Project managing/coaching and motivation work
- Experience of trouble shooting/ problem solving
- Experience from standard Project managing methods/tools

Work language: English

Meriting
- Experience from online gaming industry
- Swedish

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
