UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
• Experience with software development QA process, and the common QA toolchain
• University degree, preferably a electronical or mechanical degree
• experience from consumer electronics development, manufacturing/production process knowledge and product lifecycle management
Working language: English


Wanted competence
• Experience from project management is an advantage for this role.

About the position
-Define and execute Quality Assurance per product with input of Proposition Management, and business teams defining with high precision what a high-quality product delivery looks like.
-Active at all phases of project, including development, manufacture ramp, certification, field trial and post launch.
-Align metrics with Proposition Management used to provide quantitative assessment of the product or service being developed.
-Ensure proper planning and execution of taking our products and services through all needed validation and certifications. Partner with project team to define what and when we test key elements of the system, supervising the execution and prioritization of issues identified.
-Create and execute quality assurance plan to measure and assess these metrics
-Provide design input to HW and SW teams on quality lessons learned from the field and how to build for successful test and validation.
-Create and execute certification plan, including EN and CE aspects.
