UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
• Test manager with several years of experience
• you enjoy working in a fast pace environment and is driven in your work
• you have the ability to communicate and build relationships inside & outside IT
•you have the ability to use good-enough in your everyday work
• have the ability for priorities and understand what “matters” in any given situation
• Knowledge and experience of ALM and Jira is appreciated
• SharePoint
• MS Office package

Your tasks:
•Work as a test manager within in the retail industry


Your-to-do list as a Test Lead includes:
• Collaborate with business to ensure the IT Solutions in area meet business need and drive continuous improvement towards increased business value of solutions.
• Act as one of the maintenance receiver of new solutions and functionality in area, understand business impact and ensure quality of service when new functionality and changes are introduced.
• Ensure service transition requirements are known to projects and work to continuously improve these.
• Drive continuous improvement of solutions across internal and external suppliers through maintenance enhancements and problem mgmt.
• Collaborate and contribute to the Agile track and Waterfall project to ensure we design for run in new functionality or changes that are coming.
• Ensure good collaboration between resources across development and maintenance.
• Maintain holistic view of critical dependencies and system specific knowledge on an architectural level.
