UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.


Required experience for this roll:
• Experience from test design and test management
• Experience from software development in C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Experience from Team Lead role.
- Practical experience from agile development methods.

Job description
-you will have the responsibility to lead and plan the software development work for a team of engineers within embedded connectivity on both daily and mid-term basis.
-The team deliveries are to be coordinated towards backend, product development projects and updates for products in field and running production. -The tasks also includes technical leadership within the software field with good opportunities to have a great influence on the software solutions in the area of IoT/Connectivity.
