UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
• Cloud native SW stacks
• Experience of Open-platform cloud implementations
• Experience in real-time and high-availability system
• Programming skills (Java, Python, GO)
• Executions environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Development and deployment of microservices
• Data base experience SQL, noSQL (Geode, Cassandra)
• Test automation (Jenkins)
• CI /CD




Working language: English/Swedish


Meriting competence
-Swedish
• High availability concepts/ techniques (replication, leadership election, active/standby)
• TCP/ IP Networking and evolution transport protocols (like QUIC), data networks and IP-based applications (HTTP, HTTPS, ...)




About the position
• working with telecom networks
• The team will be an integral part of our clients cloud transformation.
• The team will be cross-functional in its nature and cover areas as design, test execution and deployment and work with features / microservices in the 5G core network.
• Client assignment steering will be from Madrid but team members can work distributed from EU time zone.
