UCG 021706 Python Devops Engineer

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
-You are skilled in backend development (Python 2 and 3)
-You are experienced with DevOps and CI/CD
-You have experience of Linux environment
-You have experience with version control tools


Working language: English


Wanted competence
- Swedish
- experience in EFT, electronic fund transfer
- experience in Retail, POS solutions, PCI
- experience in Java, Scrum, AWS, Azure
- experience in Git, Jenkins, Powershell






About the position
- Working as a Devops Engineer
Work activities:
• Integration of hardware and software
• Software development of in-house tools written in Python
• Automation in Ansible and Salt
• Testing integration using Rundeck and Jenkins
• Providing relevant system documentation
• Investigate identified defects, perform advanced fault searching, and produce fault reports and problem solving
• Standardizing large scale IT environments and implement automation of technical solutions.
