UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
• Proven experience from leading implementations of agile ways of working
•knowledge of Agile methodologies, new trends and frameworks
• Experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or similar
• Knowledge in creating customer experience
• Track record in business innovation
Working language: English

About the position
• Work as a Senior Agile Coache to guide, educate and improve the way of working in our Agile journey to become more customer centric in a modern tech environment.
-Team approach is shaped by a strong respect and believe in everyone, and now it is time for us to learn all about agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban, stand-ups, sprints etc. Therefore, you will play a key role in our cultural and organisational transformation.
-Your main responsibility will be to educate the upcoming agile coaches in agile ceremonies, creating effective teams and grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving culture.
-On a daily basis you will work as coach, mentor, teacher, deblocker and change agent.
