UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
- Experience of technical SW testing and test automation
• Test execution
• Test leadership
• Test automation
• Agile experience, e.g. Scrum or SAFe
• An interest in IT, like web and app development
• Understanding of possibilities and limitations of the web
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish




Meriting
• Experience in tracking tools, Jira and QMetry


• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office


• Test automation tools






Job Description
- As you will work in an agile cross functional team, work tasks will vary but your main responsibilities consist of:
• Work in an agile product team to ensure sprint goals and OKRs are reached
• Set up processes to ensure quality in each sprint, including manual and automated testing
• Plan test scope for each sprint
• Execute test cases
• Coach other team members on how to execute test cases
• Work together with team members to understand scope and requirements
