UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required for this role:
• 1+ years’ experience of designing, development and testing in the field of Data & Analytics in the cloud
• Experience in cloud stack development related to data pipelines and data API’s in at least one of the big 3 (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Experience in Big Data technologies (e.g. Spark)
• Experience in Big Data file formats (e.g. Parquet/Avro)
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling. Experience in modeling and developing tabular cubes, SSAS.
Working language: English


Meriting competence:
• Experience also in composite models is a bonus
• Experiences in working with Power BI is a bonus

-You will work as a Cloud Software Engineer
-you will:
• work in close collaboration in an agile team to design, develop and iterate our next generation data- and analytics-solution with focus on enabling smart analyst self-service capabilities
• develop different reusable technical enablement to speed up Advanced analytics product development
• use your understanding of software architecture and software design-patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed and future-proof cloud-based capabilities
