UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience from .Net (C#) Programming
- Experience from .NET applications with cloud hosting
- Database programming
- Experience from working in a Scrum/Agile organization

Job description
-As a Scrum Master for the team you will work both with SW development and as a ScM.
- In this role it is important that you are structured and social with experience in facilitating agile ceremonies. We believe you have solid knowledge from software development which you have been working with for at least 5 years and lately you have been more focused on a ScM role.
-The team is presumed to be self-driven, problem solving, and with “get-it-done” attitude. The main responsibilities are: You are expected to take a technical responsibility for your development and for the releases.
