UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
- A solid experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience from leading in an agile and complex environment with many stakeholders and you can coach the team actively and arrange teambuilding activities.

-Experience from Electrical and Software Engineering and Automotive Industry is meritorious.

Job description
-In the role as scrum master, you will be part of the transformation to an efficient integration driven development.
-You will work closely with a product owner and a team manager to get the teams to perform their best together, following the agile principles of course. You will do this by facilitating communication, coordination and cooperation within the team as well as within the ART.
-You will support and coach the team to become empowered and find good ways of working to achieve the goals set up. It will also be part of your responsibilities to remove impediments as well as facilitating workshops and other activities. You strive for continuous improvement and are good at identifying complex issues and finding a way to handle them together with the team and the Art core team. Leadership, collaborating and networking comes natural to you.
