UCG 090401 C++ Backend Developer

About the position
• As a senior SW Developer, you will work in C++ Windows environment
• Responsible for having an extended understanding of the programming language and methods of choice, as well as the technical design for the Game server, including all required games and game configurations.
• Responsible for the implementation of the design choices and technical standards and that they are compatible with the platforms where the client will distribute the Game server.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the APIs used by the Game server, making sure they cover all required use cases when communicate with other parts of the system, as well as the front end part of the games.
• Responsible for documenting the functionality and features of the Game server.

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

Required experience for this role:
• Excellent development skills in Windows C++ environment
• Experience with programming C++
• Experience in HTTP, XML, JSON
• Experience with web based APIs.

Working language: English

Meriting competence
- Swedish
- Gaming applications, script programming

The Consultant roll
