The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
-Professional SW developer experience
-Excellent programming skills in Python, good in Java
-Experience of defining, developing and maintaining a data pipeline
-Experience of working with big data infrastructure on-premises, in cloud or in a hybrid
-Experience using data processing tools such as Apache Spark
-Experience working with cloud solutions such as Azure in the IoT domain
-Experience in Docker container solutions


Working language: English


Meriting competence
-Understanding and experience of managing data security and integrity
-Experience with DevOps and automation solutions
-Data analytical skillset


About the position
-Working as a Data Engineer for IoT and cloud services.
-We work in Agile Teams in a flat organization with open exchange of knowledge and information.
-Design and implement service architecture for a fault-tolerant data pipeline by integrating data from many diverse sources
-Designing, setting up and maintaining an IoT and data pipeline, using Azure cloud services
