UCG 112403 Senior Test Manager

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Deep understanding of software development, with 3-5 years of job experience as a test manager
• Solid understanding and experience of R&D processes, including lean & agile practices
• Understanding of Continuous Integration as a foundation in SW development
• Solid Leadership and communication skills
• Business and customer-focused with high accountability to deliver results
• A quality mentality, the ability for critical thinking and a drive to always improve
• A large degree of flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
• Proven ability to collaborate to reach solutions in a multi-stakeholder environment

Your tasks:
•As SW Test Manager you will work with establishing and evolving the product test strategies, being part of different groups in production.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Drive needed changes to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services
• Evolving production Test Strategies
• Be chairman of applicable test fora
• Participate in applicable technical meetings
• Be part of decision making, providing analysis, understanding dependencies from an overall offering perspective
