UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.


Required experience for this roll:
• Experience from test design and test management
• Experience from requirement handling
• Experience from creating test automation framworks
• Good communication skills, being able to influence and interact at different levels in the projects.

Job description
-Plan, organize and lead the testing kick-off meeting
-Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards
-Create the software test plan, get it reviewed and approved/ signed-off by the relevant stakeholders
-Estimate the test effort and team (size, skills, atitude and schedule).
-Communicate with the client or on site/ offshore team members, as required
-Track the new/ updated requirements in the project and modify testing arfacts accordingly
-Create and maintain the required test automation framework(s)
-Assign tasks to the Software Test Engineers based on the software test plan
