UI Designer [Ubisoft Connect]

Ubisoft Connect is the ecosystem of services for Ubisoft games across all platforms. It aims at giving the best environment for all players to enjoy their games and connect to each other on any device.
We’re looking for an experienced UI Designer to join our Design team. As a UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for transforming requirements and interaction flows into attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
You will join a multi-disciplinary team where everyone is willing to expand their knowledge. The team is motivated by their love for gaming and the gaming industry. We offer you an innovative, fun environment with a friendly atmosphere and a lot of creative colleagues distributed across the globe in our transversal teams.

Responsibilities
Implementing all visual design stages from concept to final implementation and release;
Identifying design problems, presenting ideas and concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders, and incorporating feedback in your designs
Turning your work into responsive interfaces using predefined components or by building new components to add to our design system in Figma
Taking design briefs to understand requirements and translating them into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
Closely collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product owners in our agile teams;
Mentor less experienced employees and support the Design Lead promoting new initiatives

Qualifications
You as a person
You can work autonomously within your field, whilst at the same time knowing the benefits of a multidisciplinary team. You’re able to work utilizing a creative and iterative process, which you can integrate into your workflows. You're used to presenting and communicating your work, which enables you to share your results, designs, and suggestions. You're willing to take risks, see the positive on challenges, and remain open to feedback to adapt and grow. You are a motivated team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You pay attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics. Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
Professional experience as a UI Designer on bigger projects working with multiple stakeholders
Experience in working with design system, responsive UI and cross-platform experience for multiple platforms like web/mobile/console
Provide a solid portfolio showcasing your UI skills
Proficient with industry-standard prototyping tools like Figma or similar
Knowledge about Accessibility requirements (WCAG, CVAA)

Is a plus if you have:
Basic front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3
