Emergencies and disasters put User Interfaces and User Experience to the ultimate test. When you are stressed and people’s lives are in danger, a well-designed user interface could literally be a life saver. People can often cope with poorly designed products under normal conditions, but during an emergency the situation is per definition not normal.

Safeture’s platform is used during emergencies, which makes UI/UX design essential. Imagine yourself trying to coordinate and mitigate the effects of employees being caught in the middle of a terrorist attack. In such situation it must be clear from the interface design that you should press button A and not button B and where you can find the information that you need.

If you feel inspired to design user interfaces for emergencies, this role could be something for you.

Safeture provides an employee safety platform that is used by companies all around the world, helping employees stay safe wherever they are. We are looking for a UI/UX designer that will both work on high-level, designing what functions are needed and how they shall be implemented to fit our customer’s needs and deliver graphical and navigation designs for implementation by our software developers.
