UI/UX Designer

Arbetsbeskrivning

Natural Cycles is an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues working in Stockholm, Geneva, New York and remotely. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health with research and passion - by empowering everyone with a menstrual cycle with the knowledge they need to be in charge of their health.
We’re looking to hire a UI/UX designer who’s passionate about data and inspired to use their talents to help us in our mission. You’ll be part of our Growth team, a talented group including a product manager, designer, and developers, as well as our Product Design team. You’ll work on big, strategic projects as well as short, iterative A/B tests where you’ll get to see the impact of your work right away. The Growth team is responsible for Natural Cycles’ product acquisition funnels, from when a user lands on our website (or download the app) to when they purchase.
We’re looking for someone whose soft skills shine! Designers at Natural Cycles work with many different teams and you’ll be on projects with stakeholders across the organization. Collaborating with your team, balancing feedback, and collaborating with other designers will all be a part of your day-to-day.
Please note that our Growth team is based in Europe, so we’re hiring for the CET time zone.
What you will be doing
You’ll be working in a tight-knit agile team with a product manager, another designer, and developers on a day-to-day basis. You’ll often work with stakeholders from across the organization, from marketing to R&D. You’ll collaborate with your team and stakeholders for each project, including them in your design process, brainstorming together, listening to their feedback, and supporting the developers as they implement your designs.
You’ll work on projects from start to finish - sketching, mapping out user journeys, wireframing and creating polished visual mockups, with support from your product manager and other designers.
You’ll create designs for A/B tests and other quantitative tests on our website and acquisition funnels. Once test results are in, you’ll iterate and build on your work
You’ll apply our brand to our website and acquisition funnels, demonstrating skill in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Using design principles and brand guidelines, you’ll create engaging and delightful experiences for our customers.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the team’s product roadmap, ideating ways to improve our acquisition flows on your own and with the team. You’ll also contribute insights from the qualitative research you perform (ex. Usability testing, surveys, etc.)
You’ll also be a part of the Product Design team, collaborating with designers from across product teams at Natural Cycles. You’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and brand, collaborate on strategic projects, and help build team processes

What skills and experience we think you have
You’re passionate about designing for growth and excited about quantitative data!
You have a good understanding of the UX design process and can design beautiful interfaces, applying your knowledge of color, typography, layout, and other design principles
You’re able to articulate and explain your ideas, as well as listen to and give feedback.
You can work both independently and as a part of a team
You’ve worked with UI & UX design before, and have at least 1 year of experience in a full-time role

You might also have
Experience working with the Agile methodology, working in-house, and/or experience working with developers.
Experience working with qualitative testing (ex. usability testing) or quantitative testing (ex. A/B tests)
Experience working with growth, acquisition, web design, and/or checkout flows
