Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate within a design team of approximately 42 digital designers to enhance customer channels and employee systems.
Contribute to cross-functional teams with specific tasks related to UX/UI design.
Participate in the development of award-winning digital client experiences through usability testing, strategic design, and attention to detail.
Work closely with the UX Writer, UI Designer, and development team to create exceptional banking services linked to payments.
Translate business requirements into wireframes and flows, considering customer needs and driving solutions within your team’s scope.
Play an active role from idea inception to final delivery.
Plan and conduct user tests, adapting designs based on feedback.
Apply a digital profile using a design system for consistency.
Generate quick and thoughtful sketches as needed for different contexts.
Turn concepts into tangible designs and experiences.

Familiarity with the entire design lifecycle from idea to execution.
Experience with user testing and conducting tests with users.
Background in working with complex organizations.
Understanding of design systems and their role in maintaining digital consistency.
Quick adaptation to sketching needs, whether rapid or in-depth.
Proven track record of turning ideas into tangible design solutions.
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in the field with high competence.
Role model for other consultants, having held a Level 2 role for at least 2 years.
Capable of leading small groups and taking responsibility for sub-areas.
Ability to work independently and make autonomous design decisions
