Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Joining the design team of our client as a committed UX/UI designer to contribute to their continuous improvement.
Collaborating within a centralized design group that emphasizes cohesion between customer channels and employee systems.
Receiving specific tasks within your cross-functional team, working closely with UX Writers, UI Designers, and development teams.
Becoming an integral part of a newly formed development team focusing on banking services linked to payments.
Translating business requirements into wireframes and flows, considering customer wishes and needs within your team’s scope.
Leading the process from idea inception to final delivery.
Planning and conducting user tests to refine and enhance design solutions.
Adhering to digital profiles through design systems and being responsive to complex organizational dynamics.

Proficient in Swedish for interviews and user tests and competent in English for English-speaking work groups.
